This Texas Land Grant was signed by Sam Houston
on August 10, 1860.
No. 4 Vol. 3 This grant is for one hundred and
twenty acres of land in Anderson County.
In perfect condition exept for the tanning in
the folds.

Solid oak Victorian Beer Box purchased from
an estate in Palestine, Texas. Provenance through relatives
has this original late 1800's piece from Ruby's Saloon, a Palestine
longtime "watering hole." For beer or blankets? Refinished.

Enid Collins Purse "Overland Express"

This stagecoach is handpainted on canvas with brown leather
trim. Some wear on the strap & the flap; a few stains on
the back canvas but other wise in complete good condition.
Enid Collins was a Texas purse maker in Medina from 1959 to
1970.
